Refund Policy for Mo and Co Limited

1. Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Starting a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at matt@moandco.nz with your order number, reason for the return and photographs of any damaged items.
  • Returns should be sent to our address in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. We will provide specific return instructions upon your return request.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at matt@moandco.nz so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
